PTSD is a real mental health issue caused by traumatic events do you follow me? I have felt a heavy sense of trauma after dealing with PTSD after my loved one was in a major traumatic accident 7 years ago now !
The person before the horrific accident which happened to my person 7 years ago suffered trauma plus on top of that he served 30 years in the US ARMY and retired honourably on his 60th birthday had been experiencing PTSD.
As his wife and number one supporter bc he’s my spouse my friend my everything I have been dealing with his mood swings and mood changes for 7 years. I can finally speak on it today because we had a deep conversation about PTSD recently and we came to the conclusion YES 
we need assistance.
How have I felt during this time period of constant anxiety and depression and loss of my best friend over the years.
Well here goes not well. The man I married did not emerge after he healed from that accident.
I have been living with a stranger for 7 yearS. I won’t share too much I’ve already told you enough about our situation.
Let me say the gospel of Jesus Christ is true and without my Faith in marriage and eternal life I would have given up years ago. But in all sincerity I work hard for US bc of the man I know and Loved before that accident.
We have a great relationship and we are best friends and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my guy. All I can say is that I have relied upon my Heavenly Father daily for strength and wisdom to know how to handle my self. I’ve learned patience as he has had to learn too bc life has not been a bed of roses

My heart is full each day because he is alive and I am alive and we are a family who sticks together we have always been that family. We will continue to be together forever and I will never forget my extreme love and respect for my true Love 
after all if you knew what it has taken for us to be together well let me just say Romeo and Juliet our story is even BETTER since day ONE
